Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:

"I. issue a order or direction commanding the Opposite Party No.1 to decide the recall/restoration application, computerized no. D201402570000293/26.4.2014 filed in case no.20/1988 (Ram Dev and another Versus Mansoor Ali and others) against the judgment and order dated 15.4.1989, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months."

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners filed a case under Section 28 of U.P. Land Revenue Act registered as Case no.20/1988 which was decided on 15.4.1989. The respondents have filed a recall/restoration application on 26.4.2014 along with an application for condonation of delay. Till date, the said application has remained pending as a result whereof the petitioners are not able to enjoy the fruits of the order dated 15.4.1989.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to consider and decide the recall/restoration application at the earliest say within a period of three months from the date, a copy of this order is produced before him.
