Considering the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to private opposite party nos. 5 and 6 is dispensed with.

A suit is already pending in respect to the property in dispute at the behest of the petitioner, wherein private opposite parties are defendants. However, opposite parties are interfering in the matter during the pendency of the suit.

Petitioner is given liberty to apprise City Magistrate, Ayodhya about subsistence of the dispute before the Civil Court as also the orders passed therein. He shall also apprise the said Officer about the Government Order dated 16.09.2015 issued in pursuance of a judgment of this Court restraining administrative authorities from interfering in the civil disputes pending before the Courts of law, whereupon the said Officer shall verify the facts, assess his own authority/ jurisdiction in the matter and only then take any steps, meaning thereby if he does not have authority, he shall not take any action, if he has any authority, then he shall refer to relevant provisions of law and then take any action. If the petitioner has any difficulty in this regard, he may approach the higher authorities.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
