The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to respondents to consider for making payment of minimum salary as equivalent to the regular employee in the light of mandate of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Shaba Shanker Dubey v. Divisional Forest Officer & Ors. in Civil appeal No.10956/2018 vide judgment dated 14.11.2018.

No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner makes fresh representation ventilating his grievance to the authority concerned within ten days, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law in further two months.

Present order has been passed with due assistance of Shri Dinesh Singh, learned Standing Counsel.

The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
