Sri Rahul Agrawal, learned counsel representing the High Court, has informed the Court that the impugned judgment of the learned Single Judge has already been set aside by a Division Bench of this Court vide judgment and order dated 12.04.2021 in Special Appeal Defective No.318 of 2021 (Nishant Yadav Vs. The Registrar General, Allahabad High Court). He thus prays that this appeal may also be disposed off in terms of the earlier order dated 12.04.2021.

In view of the above, this special appeal is allowed in terms of the judgment and order dated 12.04.2021 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Special Appeal Defective No.318 of 2021 (Nishant Yadav Vs. The Registrar General, Allahabad High Court).
