Appeal partly vide Criminal Appeal No. 1 of 2002 arising out of order dated 15.12.2001 passed by Incharge A.C.J.M., Ist, Rampur granting bail to the revisionist in Crime No. 200 of 2001, P.S. Swar, District- Rampur.

This revision was filed in the year 2002 and the matter appears to have lost its efficacy due to efflux of time.

In the fact and circumstances of the case this revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
