Learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for opposite party are present.

The present criminal revision has been moved against the impugned judgment and order dated 14.12.2009 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Agra, in Criminal Appeal (Juvenil) No. 161 of 2009 allowing the appeal filed by the State and set-aside judgment and order dated 7.9.2009 whereby security of personal armed guard was provided to the revisionist-applicant at the cost of State. Being aggrieved by the impugned judgment the present revisionist has been filed by the revisionist.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the record.

The matters pertains to the year 2009, moreover the learned counsel for the revisionist could not point out any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.

In view of above, the revision lacks merit and is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly revision is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
