The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance of the judgment and order dated 25.02.2020 passed in Writ (C) No.6562 of 2020 (Hub Lal Vs. State of U.P. & others). Pursuant to the order dated 23.03.2021 passed by this Court in the present contempt application, an affidavit of compliance has been filed by Sri P. K. Pandey, Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on behalf of the opposite party.

In Paragraph No.7 & 8 of the aforesaid compliance affidavit, it is stated that pursuant to the order passed by the Writ Court an order has already been passed by the opposite party on 23.07.2021. In the affidavit, it is further stated that the entire exercise of demarcation has been completed on 23.07.2021 itself.

In view of this matter, the Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the Writ Court has been duly and fully complied with by the opposite party, therefore, no cause of action remain survive. As such, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court in the present contempt application.

Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
