Heard Shri Karuna Nidhi Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri H.P. Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned State Counsel have stated that the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by the judgment and order dated 11th February, 2011 rendered by Division Bench of this Court at Allahabad in a bunch of writ petitions, leading writ petition being Writ Petition No.22511 of 2009 (Sudha Tiwari Vs. Union of India and others).

Accordingly, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment and order dated 11.02.2011 rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Sudha Tiwari (supra).
