This appeal under Section 14-A (1) of the S.C.S.T. Act read with Section 374 (2) CrPC is directed against the judgment and order dated 23.3.2021 passed by the Special Judge S.C.S.T. (P.A.) Act, Sultanpur in Special Sessions Trial No.112 of 1999, State v. Lalji and others.
