Heard Shri Rajesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the appellant.

This appeal under Section 14-A (1) of the S.C.S.T. Act read with Section 374 (2) CrPC is directed against the judgment and order dated 23.3.2021 passed by the Special Judge S.C.S.T. (P.A.) Act, Sultanpur in Special Sessions Trial No.112 of 1999, State v. Lalji and others.

Notice on behalf of respondent no.1 has been accepted by the office of learned Government Advocate, hence there is no need to issue notice to respondent no.1.

Issue notice to respondent no.2 through the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned.

Shri Umesh Chandra Verma, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the State-respondent prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file objection/ counter affidavit to the application for enlargement on bail.
