In terms of the application filed by Sri Ram Singh, learned counsel for the appellant, Sri Rahul Shukla and Sri Ram Narayan, Authorized representatives of the Oriental Insurance Company, matter has been amicably settled in terms of the memo of compromise dated 10.07.2021, wherein, it is agreed that the Insurance Company shall pay in addition to the amount awarded by the Tribunal vide its judgment and award dated 28.01.2019, a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-(three lakhs) over and above amount awarded by the learned Tribunal as final settlement.

Other terms and conditions mentioned in the memo of compromise shall be applicable.

In above terms, Appeal is disposed off in full and final satisfaction of the parties moving compromise application.
