Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the respondents have proceeded to pass an order dated 11.12.2020 in compliance to the judgment passed by the writ Court, the contempt petition may be dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 11.12.2020 before the appropriate Court in appropriate proceeding.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty and the notices are discharged.
