Order on Correction Application

The learned counsel for appellants is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of the appeal.

The aforesaid correction application is allowed to the following extent:-

The description of the Criminal Appeal No. 320 of 2018 in the cause title of the judgment and order dated 4.5.2020 passed by this Court is hereby deleted.

Thereafter, in 7th line of para ? 2 on page No. 6 of the judgment and order dated 4.5.2020, words "who are" should be read as "Nadeem was", in the same line, the words "their families are" should be read as "his family is" and in the 8th line of the same paragraph, the words "their sentences are" should be read as "his sentence is".

In 4th line of para -1 of the aforesaid judgment, Section "307 IPC" should be read as "307 read with 34 IPC."

It is also made clear that since the description of the Criminal Appeal No. 320 of 2018 has been deleted from my judgement and order dated 4.5.2020, therefore, short order passed on the Criminal Appeal No. 320 of 2018 is hereby deleted.

In view of the above, this Court decides the said Criminal Appeal No. 320 of 2018 by a separate judgment and order to be passed in that appeal.
