This criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment and order of conviction dated 28.02.2001, passed by the IV Additional Session Judge, Bijnorre in S.T. No. 109 of 1995 under Section 364 I.P.C., Police Station- Noorpur, District- Bijnore.

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnore vide Letter dated 26.03.2021 has informed that accused-appellant - Dharmpal has died on 08.01.2019. Copy of the death certificate is attached.

As such, the sole appellant- Dharmpal has died, hence the appeal stands abated.

The criminal appeal is dismissed as abated.
