Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.

Heard learned counsel for parties.

The petitioners have instituted this writ petition claiming the following reliefs:

"i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no.2 to pay the post retiral benefits and regular pension along with the entire interest to the petitioners.

ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent no. 2 to decide and consider the petitioners' case in the light of judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Prem Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others (AIR 2019 SC 4390) and the judgment and orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 06.10.2020 (Bhanu Pratap Sharma Vs. State of U.P. and 4 others) and order dated 07.08.2019 (Dr. Om Prakash Gupta and 11 others Vs. State of U.P. and 2 others)."

The grievance is that the retiral benefits have not been paid even though they retired in 2019-2020. Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav, learned Standing Counsel representing the second respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open in case the petitioners were to file detailed individual representations in support of their claim before the said respondent within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be duly examined and disposed of in accordance with law and a final decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four months therefrom. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.

Petition stands disposed of.
