The correction application is allowed.

Necessary correction has been made in the order dated 11.08.2021. The correct order shall read as under:

"The insurance amount claimed by the respondent no. 2 and awarded by the Permanent Lok Adalat is being assailed before this Court on the footing that the claim was lodged after expiry of period of four months. The entitlement of the private respondent to receive the claim even after a delayed submission of the claim has been upheld by a Division Bench of this Court rendered in Writ-C No. 15983 of 2020 (Gautam Yadav Vs State of U.P. and 3 others). It is being contended that a SLP is engaging attention of the Supreme Court against the judgment rendered by the Division Bench. Admittedly no interim order is operating against the judgment rendered by this Court.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to disburse the entire amount to the respondent No.2.

The writ petition is disposed of.

This order shall abide by the decision of the Supreme Court."
