Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance of the final judgment and order dated 22.5.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 30014 of 2005.
Today Sri Anil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel has filed two separate vakalatnamas on behalf of the opposite party nos. 1 & 2. The same are taken on record. He has also placed a decision dated 18.1.2020 taken by the opposite part no. 2 pursuant to the order dated 22.5.2019, before the Court
The aforesaid fact has also been admitted by learned counsel for the applicant.
In this view of the matter, the order passed by the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit and no further order is required to be passed.
The contempt application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
