Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for opposite party.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt petition for non-compliance of the judgment and order dated 24.09.2019 passed in Writ B No. 2262 of 2019 (Vijay Pal Vs. Deputy Director of Consolidation and 4 Others).
Today when the matter was taken up learned counsel for applicant argued that order passed by Writ Court has been complied with, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The present contempt application is dismissed having become infructuous.
