The case is taken up through video conferencing. It is accompanied with an application for urgency which on consideration is allowed.

Heard Ms. Vineeta Pandey, learned counsel for review petitioner, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for opposite parties no.1 and 2 as well as Mr. Rohit Tripathi, learned counsel for opposite party no.3 and perused the record.

This review petition has been filed arising out of the judgment and order dated 25.03.2021 passed in Writ Petition No.8613 (PIL Civil) of 2021.

Learned counsel for review applicant submits that in view of the fact that the delimitation process was completed in the year 2020 and as such, the base year for holding the Panchayat Election cannot be treated to be 2015.

It is to be noted that the election process has already started and the election notification dated 26.03.2021 for holding Panchayat Election has been issued by the State Election Commission.

We have considered the submissions of parties' counsel and gone through the record.

We do not find any error apparent on the face of record in the order under review, as such, the review petition being misconceived is dismissed.
