Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court concern to conclude the Criminal Case No. 1675 of 2018 (Babulnath Vs. Lallta) under section 156(3) Cr.P.C., P.S. Madihau, District Jaunpur pending in the court of C.J.M., Jaunpur within the specific time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concern to decide the Criminal Case No. 1675 of 2018 (Babulnath Vs. Lallta) under section 156(3) Cr.P.C., P.S. Madihau, District Jaunpur pending in the court of C.J.M., Jaunpur expeditiously in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
