Notices on behalf of opposite party Nos.1, 2, 3 & 5 have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel, while Sri Gaurav Mehrotra, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party No.6.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed that Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission, Lucknow be directed to consider the petitioner's candidature in the interview dated 06.09.2018 ignoring the notification dated 27.08.2018.

List/ put up this petition on 26.03.2019 as fresh to enable the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel as well as Sri Gaurav Mehrotra, learned counsel for the opposite party No.6 to seek complete instructions in the matter.
