During the pendency of revision, the revisionists Bhawani Shanker, Akhilesh and Vipin convicted and sentenced vide judgment and order dated 28.2.2019 passed by VIth Additional Session Judge, Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act (U.P.S.I.B.) Bareilly in Criminal Appeal No. 105 of 2016 (State Vs. Hari Shanker and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 475 of 2004, under section 323/34, 324/34, 504, 506(2) IPC, P.S. Bhuta, District Bareilly be released on bail on their furnishing a peronal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
List after receipt of the lower court's record for final hearing.
It is made clear that the realization of half of the fine shall remain stayed during the pendency of the revision provided the revisionist deposits half of the fine.
