On 20.9.2016 following order was passed by this Court :-

"The grievance of the petitioner is that his salary since the month of November 2012 has not been paid.

From the record, it appears that in the month of December 2012 on 11.12.2012, a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner in respect of some forged certificates set up by the petitioner for his appointment.

According to the petitioner, he had submitted reply to the show cause notice dated 11.12.2012 and no decision has been taken on the said show cause notice but illegally, without justification, the salary has been withheld.

Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 1 and Sri Sanjay Chaturvedi has accepted notice on behalf of respondents 2 and 3.

They pray for and are allowed four weeks time to file counter affidavit.

List this case on 25.10.2016. In the meantime, it shall be specifically disclosed as to what decision was taken pursuant to the proceedings initiated by the show cause notice dated 11.12.2012 and copy of any such decision shall also be enclosed along with counter affidavit. "

Inspite of the aforesaid order, no counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents till date.

In the circumstances, four weeks and no more time is granted to learned counsel for the respondents to file counter affidavit.
