1.     Prayer prayed in this writ petition reads as follow:

"A.    Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 and 2 implement the award and pay the entire back wages and wages for various period for which recovery certificate dates 22.4.1993, 19.1.2005 and 5.8.2008 have been issued by Deputy / Additional Labour Commissioner ( Annexure No. 1, 2 and 3 to this writ petition) along with 18% interest from the date it became due.

B.     Issue a further writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 and 2 to take the petitioner back on duty on the post of clerk in their employment or in the existing mills at Kanpur in pursuance of the award of the Labour Court.

C.     Issue a further writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 4 to 6 to comply with the section 14A of the Act of 1947 and the concerning Court may be directed to disposed of the complaint within reasonable time."

2.      The counter affidavit filed by respondent no. 6 is totally silent. The authorities concerned shall convey to this Court on or before 25th September, 2018 why the award has not been complied with.

3.     List this matter on 26th September, 2018.
