Allahabad High Court
Smt. Shahjadi And Another vs State Of U.P. And 3 Others on 11 September, 2018
Bench: Kaushal Jayendra Thaker

HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

?Court No. - 2

Case :- WRIT - C No. - 65236 of 2015

Petitioner :- Smt. Shahjadi And Another

Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others

Counsel for Petitioner :- Rajiv Sisodia,Dhirendra Kumar Srivastav

Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.

Hon'ble Dr. Kaushal Jayendra Thaker,J.

1.     Sri Rajiv Sisodia, learned counsel for petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit in the first round but in the second round  he absented himself. The order of this Court was that the petitioner shall get their marriage registered. It appears that it is only the marriage certificate which has been produced and, therefore, there is absence of compliance of the order of my brother Justice Pankaj Mithal.

2.    Learned counsel for the State requests that the petition be disposed of, the same is disposed of on the ground that they have failed to file the certificate of registration of marriage within two months of the initial order.

3.     Hence, this petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move this Court if they still have apprehension and they are not given protection pursuant to the interim order.

Order Date :- 11.9.2018
