Sri Safiq Mirza, learned counsel for the revisionist is not present. No engagement slip etc. has been given by him to the Court.

Vide order dated 28.07.2017, this Court has passed the order as under:-

"Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned AGA for the State.

Vide order dated 13.01.2017, the District Judge Sitapur was directed to expedite reconstruction of the record.

According to the office report dated 12.07.2017, report of Chief Judicial Magistrate is awaited.

Issue reminder to the District Judge, Sitapur.

List after four weeks."

In compliance of the aforesaid order, no information has been received to the Court nor to the Additional Government Advocate. However, two letters in the sealed cover have been provided to the Court dated  03.03.2017 and 07.03.2017 preferred by the District Judge, Sitapur to the Deputy Registrar (Criminal) of this Court in pursuance  of compliance of order dated 13.01.2017 passed by this Court.

Further, vide letter dated 03.03.2017 the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitapur has produced the relevant papers on the issue in question but it is not clear as to whether the aforesaid papers have been provided to the Court in compliance of order dated 28.07.2017.

Therefore, list this case in the next cause list to enable the learned Additional Government Advocate to seek complete instructions in the mater. 

Both the letters dated 03.03.2017 and 07.03.2017 (supra) are being taken on record in the sealed envelope sent by the aforesaid authorities of Sitapur.
