Heard Sri Anand Patii Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicants and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 3rd July, 2018.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that at the time of hearing of the present criminal proceedings under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, it was specifically pointed out to the Court that the husband of opposite party no.2 i.e. son of applicant no.1 has already died. On account of the aforesaid facts, it was requested that the applicants may be directed to deposit a sum of "Rs. 10,000/-" but due to inadvertence the figure "Rs.20,000/-" has been transcribed in the third line of fourth paragraph of the order dated 3rd July, 2018.

Considering the submission raised by the learned counsel for the applicants it is directed that the figure "Rs.20,000/-" occurring in the third line of the fourth paragraph of the order dated 3rd July, 2018 shall be read as "Rs.10,000/-".

Since the order dated 3rd July, 2018 has been corrected today, time schedule provided in the order dated 3rd July, 2018 stands extended by 15 days from today.

With the aforesaid directions, the present correction application stands finally disposed of.
