HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD ?Court No. - 16 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 14330 of 2018 Petitioner :- Bachchu Singh Respondent :- U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Sheo Ram Singh,Shashank Shekhar Counsel for Respondent :- Pankaj Srivastava,Baleshwar Chaturvedi Hon'ble Mrs. Sangeeta Chandra,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 and Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4.
This writ petition has been filed praying for quashing of the order dated 18.05.2018 by which the petitioner has been transferred from Company Headquarter at Agra to Electricity Distribution Division-I, Sikandra, Agra. This Court does not find any good ground to show interference in such an order of transfer. The petitioner is still stationed at Agra and he is transferred from one place to another within the same district. No case for interference is made out, however, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner says that he has already made a representation to the authorities, which is still pending.
If that be so, let the representation made by the petitioner be considered and a reasoned and speaking order be passed therein by respondent No. 2 within a period of four weeks, subject to the condition that the petitioner first goes and joins at his transferred place.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
