Learned Standing Counsel on behalf of State respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 was granted time to file counter affidavit by order dated 03.3.2005, thereafter again by order dated 18.9.2018 four weeks' time was granted to file counter affidavit but till date no counter affidavit has been filed.

As a last opportunity three weeks and no more time is granted to the learned Standing Counsel to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within one week thereafter.

List after expiry of aforesaid period.
