We have heard Sri Anurag Khanna, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri M. C. Chaturvedi, learned Additional Advocate General for Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.

This time extension application has been moved to extent the time for 90 days.

On 26.10.2018 while granting the interim protection the court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.17 crores towards the lease rent before the next date of listing (14.11.2018).

The petitioner has not complied the said order and has moved instant time extension application.

In para 4 the petitioners states that they are not in a financial position to deposit the same due to financial constraint.

We are not satisfied with the reasons mentioned in para 4 of the affidavit. However, in the interest of justice, we extent the time only for 30 days.

The application for extension of time is disposed of.
