Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA.

Learned AGA prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within one week thereafter.

Issue notice to opposite party no.3.

List after expiry of the aforesaid period.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are residing separately and the complainant with her husband is residing in the rented house. Petitioners have no concerned with the living of Opposite Party No.3 and her husband, but in spite of that, the entire family has been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that general allegation has been made in the FIR against the petitioners and no injury has been received by the complainant.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, arrest of the petitioners shall remain stayed till the next date of listing in Case Crime No.0618 of 2017, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 427, IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali Farrukhabad, District Farrukhabad.
