Notices were issued to the New India Insurance Company and the office report indicates that has not been returned back, therefore, under the High Court Rules, it will be deemed to be served. We direct Sri Ajay Singh to receive notice on behalf of the said respondent and obtain instructions in the matter. In the event instructions are not given by the Company, the Court will proceed as if it is unrepresented. We may again put on record that it is the duty of the Insurance Company to nominate counsel which is not being done causing problems to the Court in old matters. The Company is supposed to maintain a list on the website of the pending cases and is also obliged to nominate counsel in the Tribunal, which practice should also be followed in the cases which are pending before the High Court. Notice may be taken of this fact and instructions be ensured accordingly.
