The order dated 04.01.2016 reflects that a no more order was passed to the effect that the counsel for the appellant should file an affidavit of compliance of the earlier order dated 08.12.2015.  Thereafter, when the order was listed again on 27.02.2017, an illness slip was filed by the learned counsel for the appellant.

Today, Shri Budh Prakash, Advocate holding brief of one Shri Mahendra Pratap, learned counsel for the appellant states that he has not come to the court and prays for a passover.

This Court imposes costs of Rs.500/- on the appellant as he has not complied with the order of this Court. He may deposit the same within next two days in the High Court Legal Services Committee, Allahabad.
