Heard learned counsel for the applicant on the extension application and perused the record.

This is an application for extension of time to surrender before the court below in pursuance of the Court's order dated 28.6.2016 on the ground that the applicant has to take care of his illing mother thereafter the lawyers of the district court were on strike.

Since the surrender will be facilitated speedy trial, the applicant is permitted to surrender before the court below in pursuance of the Court's order dated 28.6.2016 within 15 days and no more.

The extension application is allowed.
