As prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, tag this writ petition with Writ Petition No.41750 of 2015 (Prashant Kumar Jaiswal and others v. State of U.P. and others).
Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.1. Sri Ayank Mishra has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 4 and Sri Faizan Ahmad has put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3.
As prayed by them, six weeks time is granted to file counter affidavits. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.
List after expiry of the aforesaid period.
There is no need to issue notice to the private respondent nos. 5 to 10 as stated at the Bar that the same respondents are also respondents in the connected writ petition and they have filed their counter affidavits in the said writ petition. It is open to the respondent nos. 5 to 10 to file counter affidavit in this writ petition also.
Learned counsel for the petitioner shall inform the counsel for the respondent nos. 5 to 8 in the connected writ petition about this order, in writing, before the next date fixed.
