Supplementary affidavit  has been filed pursuant to the order dated  20.4.2016. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has moved an application on 17.5.2016 to provide copy of the order dated 17.3.1988 pertaining to Case Crime No.54 of 1988 (State vs. Ram Dulare), under sections 394/302 I.P.C. read with section 25 Arms Act, Police Station Soraon, District Allahabad.

It is further submitted that the applicant had earlier moved an application to provide  copy of the order dated 17.3.1988 in the year 2013 but till date the same has not been provided to the applicant.

In view of above circumstances, the District Judge/Officer Incharge, Copying Section, Allahabad is directed to send copy of the order dated 17.3.1988 passed by the court concerned in Case Crime No.54 of 1988 (State vs. Ram Dulare), under sections 394/302 I.P.C. read with section 25 Arms Act, Police Station Soraon, District Allahabad as well as current status of the trial of co-accused persons in the aforesaid case.

Let the case be listed after three weeks alongwith the report.
