Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as respondent no. 5 are present.
Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 5 is filed today, which is taken on record.
Compliance report is also submitted by the State. In para 8, it is narrated that vide order of S.S.P, Allahabad, a team has been constituted and all the efforts have been made to trace out the corpus for producing before the Court. He has sought further time to trace out the corpus.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 as well as petitioner that notices have been received by the petitioner as well police department under Section 80 of C.P.C by corpus and the police has sought some time to search out the corpus at the given address in notice.
Learned A.G.A for the State is directed to submit further compliance report on the next date of hearing.
The petitioner is also directed to give specific location of the corpus as well as in whose illegal custody she is.
In the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give specific location / information of the corpus, so that appropriate orders may be passed.
