Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A for the State, and learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 & 5 and perused the record.

Respondent nos. 4 & 5 are present personally before this Court, but as directed by this Court on 25.05.2016, they have not produced the corpus before the Court.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 & 5 that corpus was given in their custody by the order of concerned Magistrate / Court dated 10.01.2014 and 21.01.2016, whereas learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that corpus is major now and she should be given right to go wherever she wants, if any order is standing in favour of respondent nos. 4 & 5 i.e on the basis of minority of the corpus at the time of incident.

Admittedly, the corpus is major now and if any order standing there in favour of respondent nos. 4 & 5 that is certainly on the ground of minority of the corpus as the corpus is major now and she has not been produced in the Court. It is directed that respondent nos. 4 & 5 will comply with the order of this Court and they are warned for that and they are also directed to produce the corpus on the next date of listing.
