Civil Misc. Modification Application No. 203386 of 2016

By the order dated 12.4.2016, the petitioners were directed to deposit Rs. 10,000/- by way of expenses to the wife. Thus intention of the order is that in case the aforesaid amount is deposited, it should be given to wife for the expenses of litigation.

The order dated 12.4.2016 is hereby clarified and the aforesaid deposited amount be released to the wife.

The application is allowed.
