List on the date fixed in the notice. 

Counsel for the petitioner submits chak of the petitioners has been carved out by the order of Consolidation Officer dated 16.12.2011. They were allotted an uran chak on plot no. 169 of an area of 0.0367 hectare. The order of Consolidation Officer was set aside by the Settlement Officer Consolidation but the revision filed by the respondents has been allowed without considering the fact that petitioners were allotted an uran chak on plot no. 169 of small area.

The matter requires consideration.

Till the next date of listing, the operation of the order dated 23.6.2016 shall remain stayed.
