Respondent no. 5 - Smt. Zareena is present in person before the court, whereas respondent nos. 4 and 6 are not present as well as corpus is not produced.

It is submitted by counsel for respondent nos. 4 to 6 that corpus is at present with the petitioner, but that fact has been denied by learned counsel for the petitioner. It is also submitted by counsel for respondent nos. 4 to 6 that some time may be granted so that corpus may be produced before this Hon'ble Court.

List on 21.07.2016.

On the next date of listing the corpus will be produced before the Court.  Respondent no. 5 will also appear on that date.

Personal appearance of opposite party nos. 4 and 6 is exempted till further orders of this Court.
