A report has been received from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad, dated 25.6.2016 about the death of respondent no.2 Sheo Raj Singh. Death certificate issued by Sabhasad, Ward No.10, Nagar Palika Parishad, Muradnagar, District Ghaziabad indicates that the respondent no.2 Sheo Raj Singh died before 4-5 months ago. The police has also enquired about the death of Sheo Raj Singh from the relatives of the deceased Sheo Raj Singh.

In view of the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad, learned counsel for the applicant may file substitution application for substituting the heirs of the complainant Sheo Raj Singh within three weeks. 

Let the case be listed immediately after three weeks.
