Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Jaunpur to consider and decide Original Suit No. 524 of 2015 expeditiously, preferably within the time stipulated by this Court.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the material on record, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Jaunpur to consider and decide Original Suit No. 524 of 2015, most expeditiously, if already not decided, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, provided the proceedings are not stayed by any Court of law.
