This is the third bail application of the applicant. The second bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 2.7.2014 passed in criminal misc. bail application no. 19227 of 2013.

With the change of the roster now I am sitting in a Division Bench, hearing Capital cases and criminal appeals.

The third bail application of the applicant is released.
