An incomplete sale deed has been filed in the writ petition which is the basis of claiming right over the plot in question.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will file the photo copy of the complete original sale deed and will also produce the original sale deed, if necessary, by day after tomorrow.

As prayed, put up day after tomorrow, i.e. 26.9.2014, as fresh.
