This writ petition has been filed seeking enforcement of the judgment and order dated 21.2.2012 passed in WP No. 9148 of 2014 filed by the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Phoolpur, district Azamgarh (Respondent no. 3) to comply with the order dated 21.2.2012 referred to above.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
