A suit for permanent injunction being suit No.1809 of 2002 is pending before the Civil Judge (JD), Court No.11, Allahabad. In the said suit, it is submitted that the written statement has been filed and issues have been framed and few issues have also been decided and thereafter the suit has remained pending.

The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the court below will proceed with the matter in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties provided there is no other legal impediment in the same, inasmuch as, no interim order is operating against the disposal of the said case.
