Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and Sri Amzad Siddiqui, learned counsel for O.P. No. 2.
This application has been filed by the applicant Abdul Wadood with a prayer to quash the chargesheet of case crime No. 169 of 2006 under section 506 pending in the court of learned learned A.C.J.M., Court No. 20, Lucknow vide criminal case No. 1939 of 2010.
Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant that in the present case after doing the proper investigation the charge sheet has been submitted, prior to that one final report was also prepared under the pressure, the same was not submitted. The allegation made in the FIR are absolutely false and frivolous
Considering the submissions, made by learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A., it is directed that in case applicant moves discharge application within 30 days from today before the court concerned through his counsel, the same shall be heard and disposed of under the provisions of law. Till the disposal of that application, the applicants shall not be arrested.
With this direction, this application is finally disposed of.
