HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD, LUCKNOW BENCH ?Court No. - 21 Case :- MISC. SINGLE No. - 3162 of 2014 Petitioner :- Jag Mohan Respondent :- Commissioner Faizabad Division, Faizabad & Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Shri Narayan Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Azad Khan,Rajesh Pandey Hon'ble Akhtar Husain Khan,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned standing counsel.
It has been argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in Civil Revision No.217 of 2002 (Jagmohan Verma Vs. Ram Ujagir and others) the parties have been directed by revisional court Additional District and Sessions Judge III, Faizabad to maintain status-quo. The subject matter of the said revision as well as of this writ petition is same. Therefore, same order should be passed by this Court in this writ petition also.
I have considered submission made by the petitioner. Once order for maintaining status-quo has been passed by competent court, no further interim order is required by this Court. Hence the application for interim relief is disposed off accordingly.
Opposite parties may file counter affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within four weeks thereafter.
List after eight weeks for hearing.
