Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned to decide the representation of the petitioner in  case crime No.212 of 2011, under section 302 IPC, P.S. Pisawan, District Sitapur.

Considering the submission made by learned A.G.A. that in the present case charge sheet has been submitted. But the grievance of the petitioner is that in the present case accused persons have not appeared before the court concerned and  they have not been arrested, it is directed that in case he is having any grievance  the same may be raised before S.P. Sitapur who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.

With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
