Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned to take legal action against the accused persons  under section 333 of 2013 under sections 147, 326 IPC, P.S. Gosainganj, Lucknow.

From the perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, according to the instruction received by learned A.G.A. the accused Dev Kumar, Rinku and Lala Gupta have appeared before the court concerned, it is directed that in case petitioner is having any grievance with regard, the same may be raised before S.S.P. Lucknow who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.

With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
